The distillery overlooks the River Test in the restored Laverstoke Mill, previously used to produce paper for banknotes from 1724 until 1963.
It was designed by architect Thomas Heatherwick, who also created the Rolling Bridge in Paddington, the New Routemaster bus, and the Olympic Cauldron for the London 2012 games.
You'll start the tour with an insight into Bombay Sapphire's history in the Cinema Room, then you'll be guided through the distillery as you discover the ten exotic botanicals infused into every bottle and learn about their rare vapour infusion distillation processes.
The Daily Telegraph included the site on their list of the best UK distillery tours and calls it ''a sight to behold with a magnificent glass greenhouse''.
There's also a bar in case the tour has got you in the mood for a tipple, plus a café serving hot drinks and sandwiches and a shop where you can pick up a bottle to take home.
The Distillery also places an emphasis on caring for the environment; 100% of their botanicals are sustainably sourced and they are the first spirits site in the UK to be awarded a Wildlife Habitat Council Certification.
