Please look out for my email to you regarding this stay. In all my years as a Travelzoo member I have never had to complain. I think your agent got this completely wrong.

Poor bar- no draught ales. Poor service. Menu just didn’t consider vegetarians. In fact, dogs got more of a mention as there was a section on the menu for “Four legged friends “. Breakfast self selection was meagre and we only discovered it in an adjoining room when I noticed another guest returning to the dining room with a glass of juice. To add insult to injury, on checking out we were charged extra for ordering side dishes. We had to order these because there was so little to choose from being vegetarians. A complete waste of money

Overall our stay was good the breakfasts were very good but the evening meal was not that good, there wasn’t much choice on the menu and what we had wasn’t all that nice , perhaps a change of menu might be an idea.

Location and overall impression good. Kitchen overwhelmed with large party so very slow service. Meal indifferent. No central heating in room or bathroom and skimpy toiletries. Room pretty good. Staff helpful.
