Entry is normally £15.67 per adult and £14.62 for youth and concessions. Travelzoo members get two tickets for £14.95, saving 48–52%.

Me & a friend went yesterday, what a delightful experience. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to get the voucher validated & easy to book tickets for the house tour (£2.50 well worth it). The guide, David was lovely, very knowledgeable & open to any questions from anyone, including young children. The house was beautiful & so full of interesting facts & artefacts. We visited the small very pretty chapel but didn't get to do the gardens as we were running out of time. We did have a lovely lunch at the cafe further down on the site, The Bistro, not cheap but lovely fresh food & very filling. I will certainly go back if another offer comes along & I'll take my partner as he will so enjoy the history of the people & castle.

The lady in the ice cream kiosk was lovely!

Powderham Castle was extremely run down: rotting window frames, peeling paint and scruffy gardens, and most of the grounds around the castle were closed off to the public. The visit was over in about 20 mins. The only other “attraction” was the farm shop and restaurant, but since we were so disappointed we didn’t bother with them. Glad I only paid £15 for both of us!

The guides & staff were very pleasant & rooms inside very interesting with family history. Outdoors the walk to the American gardens & Belvedere were not well sign posted but we're worth a look. We bought an outdoor coffee, the seating area was limited & toilet facilities limited. Powderham castle is worthwhile but lacks tlc in parts.

Informative guides in Castle. Unfortunately one of the major walks was closed as was the walled garden and the American garden (for refurbishment and some things for the season and the courtyard cafe) which was disappointing. To be fair the website did state this but it was convenient for us to visit. A stunning place to visit and okay at the reduced rate.

The guide, Andy, was superb. He made the visit interesting and fun. Having such an entertaining and enthusiastic guide really is a bonus, i hope they realise what a gem he is! A large area of the grounds were closed as were the coffee shops but we were aware of this before booking. However, the farm shop and cafe area were only a few minutes walk, so no inconvenience. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great day out
