The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the food good. Only downside was being near the motorway you could hear traffic noise sometimes.

Rooms are very tired,the mattress was rock hard the shower was a trickle of water, this was with both the over head and hand held shower.

Not up to the usual holiday Inn standard, it's definitely in need of an upgrade.
