The hotel were very helpful with my health problems. Is was cleaned to a very high standard.we had the executive room and was really good.we both however found the mattress too hard so we would stay in that room again with good quality mattress topper.fringe in room.coffee maker,netflix, view of hills bit of road noise and from restaurant below BUT it stops before ten pm. Great staff.straight steep staircase.The hotel was busy and everyone seemed to be booked in for same time for breakfast so are server was very busy on the first day but very professional I felt a bit sorry for her as had to take money at same time and see to tables .think probably should stagger times every ten mins to help this.food was hot and delicious but cereal choice was two high sugar sugar packets needs Weetabix or,albran or shredded whet as healthier option was granola didn’t try but that is often high sugar.food was above avarage except for that.I’d say food price is on high side a bit but great quality .would definitely come back with travel zoo if had mattress topper on.well done all staff

From the welcome to check out, the whole experience was first class. Every comfort detail in the rooms is covered with immaculate cleanliness. We could not find one fault.

Couldn’t fault anything about the visit. Excellent room with a great view, staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was superb.

We felt very welcome and the staff really cared about our comfort and that we had had a good experience visiting there. The room was spotless and very well stocked (fresh milk, lovely!). The restaurant was a good level of busy with the service prompt and excellent food. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely, staff fantastic and breakfast gorgeous. A little disappointed with our evening meal; we were a couple but was sat next to a group of 14 ladies who (quite understandably, were loud. The food was good but not as great as the breakfast the next morning. I had the lamb kofta which was very good, my husband had the hanging chicken kebab which was ok, but only had 4. Small pieces of chicken. Those concerns aside we wouldn’t hesitate to go back
