Always lovely to have a spa day here. Spa staff very helpful and friendly. Treatments were wonderful.

Even 2 and a half months before, there were very restricted slots for treatments and afternoon tea. It meant the day was longer than we had intended. When we tried to move the afternoon tea, we were told no, which was frustrating as no reason beyond being busy was given. When we did have the tea, both eating rooms were empty and had been for some time. It took nearly 30 minutes to get the tea which was not acceptable.

THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. BOTH MASSAGES WERE VERY GOOD. WE OPTED FOR THE SAVOURY CREAM TEA WHICH WAS VERY GOOD. AN ENJOYABLE FEW HOURS. MY MASSAGE WAS DONE BY ANNA. SHE WAS EXELLENT. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. MY FRIEND HAD JESS AND SHE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HER.

The booking was made without any problem, however on arrival they had changed the time without informing us or checking to see if this was acceptable. They had presumed we would be there anyway and decided to change the time. This was inconvenient and we went away for 45 minutes and had to return later. The staff in the spa also forgot to give me the glass of Prosecco which then had to be brought down afterwards to the tea room. The treatment itself was good as was the service, staff and food in the restaurant.
