"the afternoon tea was lovely. the victoria sponge and lemon cake were really fresh and they gave me a seperate tray as I am vegetarian. The only small thing was that there isnt many beds around the pool but there are a few chairs. I would go back."

Delicious afternoon tea served in wonderful surroundings. The spa was clean and our treatments very good. Would highly recommend and would go again without hesitation. Very good value for money.

We were greeted by 2 lovely staff unfortunately they'd not got the times that we'd booked ,the spa was clean but very poor facilities, the treatments were really good and staff lovely the afternoon tea and place it self was excellent and worth seeing and having.

Booking was slightly problematic as they didn’t recognise the voucher - I had to send them a separate email. Otherwise everything was very well organised and the spa treatment and afternoon tea were lovely.

Good facilities in the spa, floor could be cleaner in the changing rooms. Afternoon tea was good although cakes were a variety of sponge based but specific requests for sandwiches were complied with. Nice treatment.

Afternoon tea was lovely, but such a pain we had to get dressed. Staff were lovely too.

The spa was not equipped with enough lounger’s and chairs around the poolside. No one getting rid of excess water at poolside which was a health and safety issue. Too many people in the pool and spa area, considering we paid extra for a Saturday. My beauty treatment was hurried and not very relaxing. Staff quite abrupt.

An explanation of how to use the locks in the changing rooms. They have drinking water but it is hidden from view and no cups. The shower door does close properly and there is no where to put your towel. The floor of the changing rooms could also benefit from some one dying them every now and then.
