The treatments & therapist were very good. Plus the restaurant staff were engaging.
Other Comments
The building & treatment rooms were so cold. Obviously trying to save on the heating. The spa area was too small to fit the number of guests in.

Great trip - had read some negative reviews so was a little concerned but didn’t need to worry. We arrived and we provided with the normal forms to complete ( general info, medical info , skin type etc) offered a menu of treatments to select from. Once completed we headed to the brasserie-for our “ light lunch”a very nice location. Staff lovely - food was good , a small salad selection , several hot dishes to choose from and treacle pudding, chocolate tart or fresh fruit for dessert , juice & water available freely and our glass of prosseco . After this we headed back to the spa , changed and went to pool area. It wasn’t busy so we were able to get loungers for all 5 of us - I appreciate if there were no loungers available it would have been different . Our group had 2 separate times for treatments so split up for that but to be expected . Relaxation lounge was nice but only spent a few minutes in there before being called for treatment - treatment ( I had facial and foot massage ) was brilliant , all of us said the treatments were as good as anywhere we have been . Back poolside for a short while ( it had gotten very busy whilst we had been gone ) before heading out about 4.30 ish ( we had been there since about 12.15) . All in all a fab experience , great value gif money and I would definitely return .
