Good parking but also very close to the train station if required. Food available on site. Easy walk to the local Wetherspoons. No stairs so very accessible to all. Bring your own picnic, benches supplied. One ticket lasts a year. So go back as often as you can.

Staff and displays exceptional. From the greeting at the entrance, the superb hour long guided walk packed with information, the displays in all the buildings and huts, to the staff in the canteen and coffee shop, this is an absolute gem. There is too much to do in a day, but your ticket is valid for a year (travelzoo discounted tickets needed a small amount extra which I was very happ to pay).
