Head chef Luke Tipping is widely regarded as one of Birmingham's best chefs. He has been at the helm of Simpsons Restaurant for more than 25 years.
Tipping's knowledge and experience shows in the "assured, confident nature of the cooking", says The Michelin Guide.
The restaurant has held its Star since 2000, and also has three AA Rosettes.
PETA names it one of the UK’s top ten restaurants for plant-based dining.

Diners can see the chefs in action through the kitchen windows in the Grade II-listed Georgian villa.
