We loved our day at Shuttleworth. We enjoyed seeing the planes, both in the hangars and in the sky; the vehicles and bikes etc. The gardens were wonderful and an unexpected surprise. What a great day out, recommended for all ages!

We went with friends and was very impressed with the size of the place; so much to see and read. The ticket is valid for 30 days afterwards so will return to see the gardens which we didn’t have time for on this occasion. We had lunch there which was also very good so we’d do that again when we return. Definitely recommended.

Excellent visit, would have liked to see some of the aircraft outside but probably need to go to one of their flying days for that. Swiss Garden was a lovely tranquil area with plenty of seats to just relax and enjoy the environment.

For aircraft enthusiasts this is a great place to visit. Maybe not so much for children as there were no child friendly activities and no interaction activities. His favourite part was the peacock and the garden chess set . The cafe was very good and everyone enjoyed their food

We are a family of aeroplane nerds, so when I saws this off from Travelzoo it made me arrange a family day out. We were not disappointed. There were so many aircraft, most in such fantastic condition, and each hangar had its own theme. There was plenty of room to move around at your own pace, and lots of information and artefacts that I have not seem elsewhere. The gardens were a treat as well, we spent a good hour walking round and discovering the different features. The cafe is well run, has good choices, as is reasonably priced with plenty of seating. I am really pleased that we went. There is plenty of easy parking. Last but not least, every single one of the staff was helpful, polite and friendly. We had a fabulous day out.
