Aztec Hotel & Spa: Children will have access to the pool from 7–11am; 4–7pm daily.
Cottons Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 9:15am–10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time. Children will have access to the pool until 11am and from 4–7pm.
Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 8–9am on Mondays, 1–2pm and 7–8pm on Wednesdays. Children will have access to the pool from 3–6pm on Tuesdays.
Kettering Park Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 10–10:45am on Mondays, 10:30–11:15am Tuesday–Wednesday, and 11–11:45am on Thursdays. Children will have access to the pool from 8–10am & 3–6pm daily.
North Lakes Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 12:30–1:15pm on Tuesdays. Children will have access to the pool from 8:30–11:30am & 3:30–6:30pm Monday–Thursday and 7–11am and 2–6:30pm on bank holidays.
Solent Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 2:15–3pm on Mondays, 8–8:45pm on Wednesdays, and 10:30–11:15am on Thursdays. Children will have access to the pool from 7–11am & 3–6pm daily.

I went to the spa with my two daughters having no idea what to expect. We had an absolutely fantastic time and with the Travelzoo voucher it was such good value. The staff were friendly and helpful and the treatments we booked were very good.

The two course menu was a very small selection (4 starters, 4 mains). There was no vegan mains course and the meal options were not at all healthy - e.g. fish and chip sandwich. The salt sauna was little warmer than room temperature. Guests left their towels on pool side recliners then wandered off. In the hot drinks area, one guy was taking business calls while everyone else was trying to chill.

Unfortunately the swimming pool had a loud background noise, possibly the pump. It was uncomfortably loud and I had two decibel warnings on my watch while we were there reaching 112 decibels

I didn’t find the website easy to navigate and it took 24 hours to speak to someone on the phone despite leaving two messages however the overall experience was very good value for money. Excellent facilities and crucially for me, a lovely warm pool and jacuzzi.

This is the second time at the Solent Hotel, and the second time there has been a mix up and not enough lockers allocated. Floor in the changing room very grubby, Over all day was enjoyable, although the lunch was not that good

For lunch I had the soup - very nice and the mushroom pasta ( only veggie option) which was awful. The pasta was very very over cooked, and mushy , and the flavour was weird - not creamy , but very bland. It gave me intergestion. We were a group of ladies, and I did not want to spoil the day by mentioning this, as the other guests seem to enjoy their food, the club sandwich looked lovely - perhaps a veggie club sandwich - haloumi and avocado on the menu.

We had 3 hours' use of the pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. We were provided with gowns, towels and slippers. The staff were very helpful, and made sure we had a good time. Then we had an excellent 2-course lunch, with healthy but delicious food, and only had to pay for our drinks. Tea and coffee were available for free whenever we wanted them. Overall it was good value for money.

Lovely staff we saw a lady constantly cleaning and was very helpful when we couldn't get the locker work. Disappointed the indoor jacuzzi wasn't working but the weather was pleasant so we could use the outside one.

The hotel was beautiful inside, got the impression it has had a recent refurb. Everything was to an high standard. The spa area is lovely with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool plus outside area where we were lucky to be in the glorious sunshine. The changing rooms were immaculate and had branded shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The lunch we had was very well presented and tasted amazing. Very impressed with the whole day for the cost we paid. Thoroughly recommend. I would go again.
