Facilities at the spa include a 13-metre swimming pool, a colour therapy sauna, a fibre optic steam room, and a monsoon shower.

Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 8–9am on Mondays, 1–2pm and 7–8pm on Wednesdays. Children will have access to the pool from 3–6pm on Tuesdays.

The hotel was beautiful inside, got the impression it has had a recent refurb. Everything was to an high standard. The spa area is lovely with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool plus outside area where we were lucky to be in the glorious sunshine. The changing rooms were immaculate and had branded shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The lunch we had was very well presented and tasted amazing. Very impressed with the whole day for the cost we paid. Thoroughly recommend. I would go again.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working but they did let us know the day before and we were given a glass of bubbles instead the staff are always great and they never worry about you staying longer than the 3 hours.

The spa area was so busy that there was absolutely nowhere for us to sit. As it got quieter around lunch time we managed to get 2 seats.
The service is the restaurant was extremely poor. We had been there 15 mins and had to find a member of staff to ask for a drink. We then ordered and 10 minutes later drinks still hadn’t arrived. There were not many people in the restaurant. So not a good experience.

I booked on a day that was extremely busy. There was nowhere to sit by the pool and overly loud music by the pool for one hour while there was an aqua aerobics session. It was in no way a relaxing spa environment.
The massage was good but over-priced.

Were not able to finish our lunch due to embarrassingly poor customer service. Processes around dietary requirements severely lacking, left feeling like an inconvenience and a burden on staff with no confidence that staff even understood the importance of the issue let alone any of the details around it. Prior notification of dietary requirements was ignored, pre ordering specific dishes was a waste of time when dishes availability was not accurate and information regarding allergens was lacking, confusing or just plain inaccurate.
