Aztec Hotel & Spa: Children will have access to the pool from 7–11am; 4–7pm daily.
Cottons Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 9:15am–10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time. Children will have access to the pool until 11am and from 4–7pm.
Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 8–9am on Mondays, 1–2pm and 7–8pm on Wednesdays. Children will have access to the pool from 3–6pm on Tuesdays
Kettering Park Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 10–10:45am on Mondays, 10:30–11:15am Tuesday–Wednesday, and 11–11:45am on Thursdays. Children will have access to the pool from 8–10am & 3–6pm daily
North Lakes Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 12:30–1:15pm on Tuesdays. Children will have access to the pool from 8:30–11:30am & 3:30–6:30pm Monday–Thursday and 7–11am and 2–6:30pm on bank holidays
Solent Hotel & Spa: aqua classes are 2:15–3pm on Mondays, 8–8:45pm on Wednesdays, and 10:30–11:15am on Thursdays. Children will have access to the pool from 7–11am & 3–6pm daily

Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working but they did let us know the day before and we were given a glass of bubbles instead the staff are always great and they never worry about you staying longer than the 3 hours.

The spa area was so busy that there was absolutely nowhere for us to sit. As it got quieter around lunch time we managed to get 2 seats.
The service is the restaurant was extremely poor. We had been there 15 mins and had to find a member of staff to ask for a drink. We then ordered and 10 minutes later drinks still hadn’t arrived. There were not many people in the restaurant. So not a good experience.

I booked on a day that was extremely busy. There was nowhere to sit by the pool and overly loud music by the pool for one hour while there was an aqua aerobics session. It was in no way a relaxing spa environment.
The massage was good but over-priced.

Were not able to finish our lunch due to embarrassingly poor customer service. Processes around dietary requirements severely lacking, left feeling like an inconvenience and a burden on staff with no confidence that staff even understood the importance of the issue let alone any of the details around it. Prior notification of dietary requirements was ignored, pre ordering specific dishes was a waste of time when dishes availability was not accurate and information regarding allergens was lacking, confusing or just plain inaccurate.

Highly recommend the spa at Cottons spotlessly clean, lovely steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and pool out door spa pool. Staff friendly and welcoming. The treatments are fabulous and expensive compared to the cost of the spa visit but well worth it. The lunch was fantastic, two courses with a choice from a set menu. Food available was also on the main menu which was great. Full size portions, freshly prepared and tasty .

We would like to have seen a sign to say the relaxation room is a quiet room as this was a bit distracting and difficult to relax. There was also workmen working directly outside the relaxation room which again was not very relaxing!

The Spa sidecwas excellent from checking in until leavibg thus area. We were disappointed with the meal part. We were booked in for 1345 but considering they had our meal choices, my started arrived at 1425. The wsiter asked would we like a drink. My hyxbsnd asked for a diet coke but he didnt get it. We was a lack of attentiveness throughout and we were not asked throughout if everything was ok or if we required a drink.

Lovely pool, sauna and steam room. There was some grit in the bottom of the jacuzzi that did put us off being in and could fo with cleaning. The treatments and relaxation time was good
The food once it came was vrry good, however the service was poor. Our meal was at 2pm and it was 4 pm by the time we had finished. The dining oom was cold which made it less enjoyable.

Great day in general. The spa team were incredibly helpful prior to our arrival.and ensured we all (4 adults) had the same treatment time. We took advantage of the 30% off treatments and enjoyed 2 x 25 minutes treatments each. All of us had a fabulous experience with our treatments. The leisure area was great and the team here were also friendly, helpful and professional. The gentleman asked what the special occasion was and we said we were celebrating all.of our autumn birthdays. He came back with a chocolate cake complete with candle. That was a really lovely gesture and was well received.
I would have given 5 stars throughout. However, I must acknowledge that the same standard of service was not received in the restaurant area. The wait for our pre-ordered food was I credibly slow. We had been seated for over an hour before our main course and dirty plates were left for lengthy periods between courses. We had to ask for drinks orders and we didn't feel the same happy vibe that we had felt in the spa and leisure. The food was also disappointing in terms of quality, quantity and flavour..We purchased drinks and coffees but felt £5.20 for an Americano was dry expensive. We would definitely visit the spa again but may e not the restaurant.
