Why We Love This Hotel

  • The property comprises a row of Grade II-listed Victorian townhouses on Llandudno Promenade. The beach is directly opposite.
  • The hotel has views across Llandudno Bay and is 15 minutes' walk from the pier.
  • Llandudno is packed with cafes, restaurants, and tea rooms. It's also home to Venue Cymru, which hosts a variety of shows, concerts, and exhibitions.
  • Towering over the town is the Great Orme. This prominent limestone headland is a designated Special Area of Conservation and Heritage Coast. On a clear day, you can take in great views of Snowdonia.
  • The historic town of Conwy, with its Medieval castle, is around 15 minutes' drive away. You can also walk its town walls for views of the River Conwy estuary.

Parking is difficult - not the hotel's fault.

We were in room 103 next to stairs and lift, we were disturbed by other guests returning from their night.

Lovely hotel. Nice food. Very clean and nice furnishings. Room was a bit small though was OK for 1 night. The bed, however, was painfully uncomfortable. Mattress was rock hard.

Lovely to be able to order food throughout the day, though the menu a tad limited. Lovely shower in our room but instructions would have helped! Worst aspect of the stay was the non-stop piped music…really jarring!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location at lower end of promenade with free street parking. Obviously recently refurbished and done very nicely. Room was adequate and perfect for our 1 night stay albeit on the small side. Breakfast was great, and although we didn't dine here the menu, choice and restaurant was very good. Would definitely recommend.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk into the centre along the prom. There is free parking on the road right outside the hotel.

Lovely friendly staff throughout our stay. Lovely view from bedroom but room itself and shower room with toilet very small not leaving very much space to use toilet as it is positioned between wash hand basin and shower cubicle. Food excellent and served by cheery helpful staff.
Other Comments
Everyone made us welcome and the hotel had lovely views as it is on the promenade .
