Bright, clean large hotel. Helpful staff, good breakfast, 10 minute walk to centre of Harrogate and free car parking. The thing that impressed us most was the table fan in the room, we visited at the tail end of a heatwave so we appreciated that. Evening meal was hot and about what you would expect but not much choice if you’re a fussy eater.

Apart from the evening restaurant everything was finr
Other Comments
The restaurant was really disappointing. Mediocre food and poor choice (eg steak not available) - poor ambiance as the restaurant was the same as breakfast area and far too big for an evening meal. Apart from the restaurant everything about the hotel was fine

Great location a 10 min walk into the centre of Harrogate. Plenty of parking at hotel. We stayed in a superior room which had everything we needed for our stay. Bar area newly furnished, pleasant area but drinks expensive £5 for a pint of beer and £7.95 for a glass of Prosecco. Restaurant is a little past it’s best and the food we ate on our first night was not great. We would stay again as great value, don’t let the food put you off as there are great restaurants nearby.
