Easy to find, good location. Friendly, helpful staff. There was a fault with the heating but it was addressed quickly by a front of house staff member.

Better advice on car parking would be helpful. Managed to park easier than expected and there is an off site car park close by that offered parking for the same price and much cheaper than NCP.

The room was meant to be deluxe but was as basic as it could be for a 4 star hotel. The room was very hot, windows couldn't be opened more than afew centimetres. The bathroom light triggered a fan that went on far after the bathroom light had been turned off. The TV didn't work and in the hotel information it was meant to be a 38inch TV the TV was wall mounted and no was was it 38inches. The room was close to the lift and I could hear the lift being operated while I was in bed. The hotel when we said about the TV did offer to change our room but as I was already in bed this was not an option we wanted. On the plus side the hotel was clean.

I hope the TV is mended before anyone else uses the room.

The only problem was that the rooms are only serviced once every 3 days which surprised us. Apart from that , all was good, breakfast good & staff very pleasant. Would go again.

We had a pleasant stay, beds were comfortable, it was clean and the breakfast was a good selection. The cooked breakfast was well done. Scrambled eggs might have been nice, as they only had fried eggs.
Other Comments
I find a television in the breakfast room intrusive .
I went with a friend and we found the open shower not quite so friendly. Curtain might have been good, if no doors are possible.

We had a booked 1 night b&b before a Man City football match . The location was good and car park safe and secure . On first impression we had a lovely big suite with kitchenette . All amenities and bathroom were spotless . Lovely linen , towels and beauty products .
Breakfast was nice too . Staff were all very friendly and helpful .
Other Comments
The only negative was our room and all surrounding corridors were very hot. It felt as if the heating was on already , but possibly just the hot summer temperatures the hotel required the need of Air conditioners .we did understand that fans were avaliable which we did not try . Plus our room was quite noisy with the station and main road outside . But next time I may simply ask for a quieter room on the other side of the hotel if possible .

Great location on the edge of Salford, less than 10 mins walk from Spinningfields, 15 min walk from Deansgate. Our deluxe double room was big! Lovely high ceiling, twin beds made into a Superking, 2 lovely big windows with blackout blinds. Kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and fan all in the room.
We were on the main road so too noisy to keep the windows open, but good double glazing.
Breakfast was good, buffet full English, plus pancakes, pastries, toast, yoghurts and fresh and tinned fruit.
Complimentary bean coffee in the reception area.
Parking was good at the hotel - we stayed for 2 nights and didn’t need to use the car. It is a shame you can’t book a space though as would have been worried about there not being a space available if we’d left and come back. However over our 2 days, there was always a free space.
Would definitely return as location was great.

PLeasnatly surprised - esepcially considering the cost of the room. Was clean, tidy, comfortable and had a great bathroom. Breakfast was also very good. Nice location just 5 minutes walk from Spinningfields too.
