All the staffs that served us were very nice and made us felt welcome. After spending a day hiking the mountains, we made use of the jacuzzi and swimming pool, it was so relaxing. The evening meals and breakfast were good and the room we had was quite spacious. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is pet friendly which we don’t mind but as for the rooms may be better to locate guests without pet in a different part of the hotel to those with pets? Our room was next to one with a dog which kept barking, might be because it was left alone in the room?

Dinner, B&B travelzoo option was a great deal. Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear but it's clean and the staff are attentive. Food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Steam room was unfortunately broken which was disappointing but we took full advantage if the pool and jacuzzi.

We had driven past this hotel many times but with the Travelzoo Offer we thought we would like to book. We were not disappointed from the front desk to the waiting on staff we were made to feel very welcome and we enjoyed our stay. The room was fine it was a little tired but very clean and tidy. The towels in the bathroom were nice, white and fluffy. The curtains were good to block out the light and we could leave the window open which was good as it soon got quite warm if shut to. The room was quiet and at the back of the hotel No 33 - we booked a standard double room but we were given a family room which would sleep 3 persons. The hospitality tray was well stocked and biscuits included. With our offer we had a nice bottle of Prosecco in the ice bucket which we were able to take down with us at dinner. The food was lovely, tasty and good sized portions. The menus took a little time to read but there was something for everyone. The dining room was adequate with views over the garden. As there was a coach party due in ( 24 persons) at 7pm we decided to eat before then. After a peaceful night we got ready for breakfast, plenty of hot water for showers etc so we returned to the garden dining room and enjoyed a good choice of cereals, juices, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad. Hot cooked food was nicely presented, no cheap & nasty sausages either. The bread to toast was fine with a selection of jam, honey & marmalade. Help yourself to coffee & tea etc. We were very pleased with our stay here and we would definitely book again.
