Only here one night, but will be booking this hotel again when we next come to London. We thought all the staff very friendly with a welcoming drink on checkin a nice touch. The hotel has a nice feeling with comfy seating and lots of books in reception area. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we have had in London. H10 looks a little out of the way, its really not. Its only around 5 minutes walk from Waterloo station. Our taxi to the Palladium Theatre took around 15 minutes

They do not take cash. Bar staff should tell customers they do not take payments in cash. This we do not approve of this, as its another establishmend driving the demise of cash as payment.

Fantastic stay check us in early welcome drink on arrival staff so obliging , went around London went back to hotel were we had some drinks in the main bar young lady serving service was excellent. Our overnight stay at H10 London was up there as one of the best birthday treats in my 76 years! The welcome upon arrival was wonderful, we were checked in quickly given our room card and wow what a treat it was when we went in, beautiful decor, luxury bathroom and amazing views over the city.
We took advantage of receiving the 20% discount on food and drink and ate in the restaurant, service, food and ambience was perfect, the selection at the breakfast buffet outstanding. We couldn't fault anything. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay there.

Lovely hotel room, and the reception and breakfast staff were excellent. Good range of breakfast food and nice cocktails in the bar. 2 things meant I can’t give 5 stars all round though. Of 3 lifts only 1 worked over the whole stay with no signage explaining why. My husband was ignored my the waiter in the cocktail bar when trying to order a second rounds of drinks despite the waiter serving the large group right beside us. Not sure if staff are advised to only take orders from tables for the first drink but this seems unlikely as the waiter wanted to seat us when we arrived. So that was disappointing.

We really enjoyed this hotel, we had a corner room on the 8th floor, which was fantastic - it was a superior room and had a double shower, huge bed and a nespresso coffee machine. it was also on the floor for the roof top terrace which was fantastic on the warm friday .
