Check-in staff were very pleasant, room was comfortable and quiet but the a/c wasn't working well and the room was rather warm.
Other Comments
Breakfast is passable, hash browns and scrambled eggs weren't good. Very easy to get to as the hotel is 100 yards from North Acton tube station so excellent access to Central London.

There was a bus outside and area seemed safe as it was full of student accommodation so it also had Tesco and Sainsbury’s local stores

Dirty room dirty sheet dirty stained carpet dirty corridor and dirty lift to rooms no pillow protector so dirty pillows seen beneath pillowcase extra charge if wanted settee as a bed and when staff knew I was going to have to sleep on sofa due to health reasons they said they would bring a spare duvet which never materialised!! Train noise even though on fourth floor and its trains all night.coffee machine at breakfast was empty of milk both mornings with a notice that said only black coffee available so obviously this was not a new problem. Lack of cutlery lack of items of breakfast.

Upon arrival no hot water and poor service from staff when reporting it. It did get fixed promptly
