Room was great with a fridge small kitchen and an iron and ironing board.. plus it’s in a great location for exploring Manchester.. you also get upto 20% discount at some of the restaurants around the hotel and you only have to show your keycard..

I was very impressed with my studio room. Reception staff very efficient and helpful. It was quite eventful though right in the centre.

Great location right in centr of Corn Exchange. Only downside was no toilet facilities in reception! After travelling and reaching desu, couldn’t believe we were not able to access any facilities as room was not available . Apart from that, everything great

A very elegant hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast rather boring and not as good as it used to be but adequate. Room facilities are excellent we used the microwave and fridge and had it not been so hot would probably have used other things as well.

Being on the "1st floor" was rather confusing considering we were on the 4th floor!! Items to buy in the "Market Shop" were very expensive so you lost custom from us but everything else was wonderful.

My second stay here. Great value for money and location couldn't be better. Right by Victoria Station and tram stop. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and attractions. Staff are lovely. I stayed in a Smart Studio spacious, modern and clean. Kitchen area well equipped. You can have food delivered from nearby restaurants or a 20% discount on food if you eat in many if the Corn Exchange restaurants. Free croissants for breakfast are a nice touch. Early check-in or late check out is only £10 and they will also store luggage.
