- Northwest of Llandudno, the cliffs of the Great Orme headland jut into the sea. Reach the nature reserve at its peak via a 10-minute drive or hike up one of the circular walking trails to admire the views.
- Conwy Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and 15 minutes' drive from the hotel. This brooding fortress was built in the 13th century, and its walls stretch almost uninterrupted around Conwy's Medieval town centre.
