Why We Love This Hotel
- Tenby's town centre and train station are 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Pastel-coloured Georgian buildings, mixed with its Medieval history, make for a picturesque setting.
- Imperial Hotel Tenby is a Grade II-listed property built within the town's ancient stone fortifications.
- The hotel recently underwent a multi-million-pound refurbishment. The redesigned bedrooms are "serene and contemporary" (The Western Telegraph). The new brasserie and lounge, Essence, overlooks the beach.
- Tenby South Beach is on the hotel's doorstep. The 2-mile stretch of golden sand is ideal for long walks and fewer crowds compared to the neighbouring North Beach.
- Explore the Welsh countryside on a vintage train. Gwili Steam Railway is a 40-minute drive away in Carmarthen.

Hotel is Great, Location is Perfect , shame that parking was extra but also not extortionate. The real praise goes to the staff. I’ve travelled a bit and the staff here are an absolute credit and make the hotel what it is. Friendly, accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. They are an absolute pleasure!

Very good apart from a few choices on the menu were not available. Ordered one dish only to be told a few minutes later not available and same with second dish x Same at breakfast

The newly refurbished hotel has been done to very high quality. Our bedroom was lovely and spacious with sea views and an excellent shower room.
The staff and service were top quality and they couldn't do enough for us. And the restaurant meals were delicious and beautifully presented.

Fabulous well laid out room with wonderful sea views.
Excellent choice of food for our evening meal & again for breakfast the following morning!
Very helpful & knowledgeable staff, nothing too much trouble.
Would most definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!
