Why We Love This Hotel
- Tenby's town centre and train station are 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Pastel-coloured Georgian buildings, mixed with its Medieval history, make for a picturesque setting.
- Imperial Hotel Tenby is a Grade II-listed property built within the town's ancient stone fortifications.
- The hotel recently underwent a multi-million-pound refurbishment. The redesigned bedrooms are "serene and contemporary" (The Western Telegraph). The new brasserie and lounge, Essence, overlooks the beach.
- Tenby South Beach is on the hotel's doorstep. The 2-mile stretch of golden sand is ideal for long walks and fewer crowds compared to the neighbouring North Beach.
- Explore the Welsh countryside on a vintage train. Gwili Steam Railway is a 40-minute drive away in Carmarthen.

The newly refurbished hotel has been done to very high quality. Our bedroom was lovely and spacious with sea views and an excellent shower room.
The staff and service were top quality and they couldn't do enough for us. And the restaurant meals were delicious and beautifully presented.

Fabulous well laid out room with wonderful sea views.
Excellent choice of food for our evening meal & again for breakfast the following morning!
Very helpful & knowledgeable staff, nothing too much trouble.
Would most definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!

Absolutely fantastic stay, everything was perfect, especially the staff whowere amazing! All were great, but special mention must go to Katherine, Jasmin, lan & Martin…well done all!

The whole experience was positive, the staff welcome was great, the room overlooking the beach was fab and the bed very comfy. Dinner and breakfast was good. Perhaps the only negative was the lack of parking but there are official car parks within a 5 min walk. A lovely couple if says we'll be back, thanks to Martin

The offer was excellent value for money. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. A lovely view of the sea. Staff were approachable and friendly and the food was delicious.
