Why We Love This Hotel
- Southcrest Manor Hotel is in a secluded location in Worcestershire, south of Redditch. It is surrounded by gardens and woodland and is built around a former manor house.
- Facilities include the Laura Ashley-designed Restaurant & Bar in the former manor house. A Laura Ashley the Tea Room afternoon tea menu is available (supplements apply).
- The Manor Health & Beauty Club offers a range of relaxing treatments (supplements apply). Facilities include Swedish and infrared saunas*. There is also fully equipped fitness suite, open 24 hours a day.
- Hanbury Hall, a William and Mary-style country house, garden, and park, is 15 minutes' drive. This National Trust property offers a glimpse into life in the 18th century.
- The pretty Georgian town of Evesham and Stratford-upon-Avon are both around 30 minutes' drive. The latter is famous for its Shakesperean connections; visit his birthplace or Anne Hathaway's Cottage.
- A little further afield are Birmingham and the city of Worcester, which has a riverside cathedral. Both can be reached in around 40 minutes by car.
The Manor Health & Beauty Club also has a hydrotherapy hot tub. This is currently unavailable but is due to reopen in March.
