- Southcrest Manor Hotel is in a secluded location in Worcestershire, south of Redditch. It is surrounded by gardens and woodland and is built around a former manor house.
- Facilities include the Laura Ashley-designed Restaurant & Bar in the former manor house. A Laura Ashley the Tea Room afternoon tea menu is available (supplements apply).
- The Manor Health & Beauty Club offers a range of relaxing treatments (supplements apply). Facilities include Swedish and infrared saunas. There is also fully equipped fitness suite, open 24 hours a day.
- Hanbury Hall, a William and Mary-style country house, garden, and park, is 15 minutes' drive. This National Trust property offers a glimpse into life in the 18th century.
- The pretty Georgian town of Evesham and Stratford-upon-Avon are both around 30 minutes' drive. The latter is famous for its Shakesperean connections; visit his birthplace or Anne Hathaway's Cottage.
- A little further afield are Birmingham and the city of Worcester, which has a riverside cathedral. Both can be reached in around 40 minutes by car.

Hotel was in desperate need of a deep clean. There was a patch of mould on the wall in our room.

Although we enjoyed our break it wasn't perfect. The food was very good apart from, strangely enough, the desserts. The Bailey's cheesecake - I've had better, and the wife's frangipane was disappointing. The hotel is a bit tired overall which is a shame. The room hadn't been properly cleaned.

Nice hotel, staff and food excellent. A bit tired in parts of hotel. Very long walk up and down stairs. But generally a nice stopover.

Hotel is a Little tired. Rooms not up to standard expected. For example. Curtain rail broken, no tissues and one already started toilet roll. Food was excellent. We were incorrectly charged for food which they were apologetic about..

Bit of a poor start to our stay, but the staff put themselves out to sort out the issue's. Food here is very good.
