Why We Love This Hotel
- Nottingham is steeped in legend and rich in "evocative historical sights" (Lonely Planet).
- The City of Caves is hidden beneath the streets and owned by the National Justice Museum. Tours are available and the entrance is 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.
- The Nottingham Contemporary is also 10 minutes' walk away. The gallery hosts a busy programme of exhibitions, international artists, workshops, screenings, music and performance.
- Nottingham Castle is 20 minutes' walk away. Keep an eye out for the Robin Hood statue en-route. Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem—one of England's oldest inns—is also on the way. "Snuggle into a cosy corner, this pub is well worth a visit" (Time Out).
- Sherwood Forest and its 1000-year-old Major Oak is an hours' drive from the city. Another great green space to visit is Nottingham Arboretum, 10 minutes' drive from the hotel. It's the city's oldest public park and believed to have inspired J.M Barrie's Neverland.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. We were attending an event at the arena so was a perfect location. There is a nice canal walk into the centre too.
Other Comments
The only downside was that we were supposed to have a superior room but didn’t get the biscuits or water or the voucher for 10% off drinks and food or the coffee voucher until i mentioned it the second day. Once I mentioned it, it was sorted

we really enjoyed our stay Leonardo Hotel Nottingham, breakfast was lovely staff couldn't do enough for you, the only down side was our room was facing the main road , the traffic was noisy all through the night , for a short stay we put up with that , maybe better double glazing would cut it down a bit. this did not make our stay any less enjoyable.
