Nice welcoming arrival. Room lovely, modern and well kept. Lovely homemade shortbread, goody bag and Molten brown toiletries in bathroom. Bed was super comfortable All in all a great stay

On arrival we were advised that we had been given a free room upgrade,very much appreciated.The staff were very friendly from check-in to the restaurant team at dinner and breakfast.

Not a complaint but an observation.The shower tray in Room 209 was not non-slip and the slip mat was stored in a draw in the bathroom.I would suggest that the mat be put out on view for the guests to see and use if necessary.

Nice light and airy room on the first floor overlooking the car park. Room very clean and comfortable with a big en suite bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was fabulous, with a good selection of quality produce. We will definitely return!

We were given an unexpected room upgrade. The room was lovely and very spacious. The food was good and the dinner on our 2nd night exceptional.

Quite a modern property with quirky decor. The service was good. Breakfasts on both days was excellent and the dinner menu produced surprises. The meal was exceptional for the type of property. Don't promote it too much!

Nice spacious room which was very clean. Bed was super comfortable as where pillows. Great shower and premium shower products. Road a little noisy from around 6.00am. Really good meal although we felt slightly overpriced. Great breakfast included. Friendly & polite staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

I upgraded our room and was very pleased with the upgrade, not only a good size bedroom and bathroom but a sitting room too, the hotel had had its annual refurbish so looked fresh and clean, would not hesitate to recommend or visit again.
