I brought this offer on provision that we got costa coffee per person. No costa we were given cold normal coffee. The service was not great.

Staff were polite, welcoming and friendly. Beds amazingly comfortable and a great choice of food for breakfast. Easy walk along the Canal to the centre of Manchester

Apparently the hotel had only been open for three months. There was a lot of development going on close by but it did not cause any problems.

For all the ladies that like M&S outlet’s there’s one ten minutes walk from the hotel. Turn left on the main road and walk up to the Aldi store go past (GO OUT DOORS STORE) M&S is next door.

It is a new hotel,so it is very clean and staff wonderful.The only thing I could possibly pick at was the tv in room 1202 totally in the wrong place eg tv on the side wall whilst the bed and sofa facing the view forward

Excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and lovely walk-in overhead shower. Air conditioning, which was really needed, worked well and enabled us to enjoy a good sleep on one of the hottest nights ever.
Breakfast was superb, offering a wide assortment of cereals, yogurt and fruit, hot and cold drinks and a great choice of items for a cooked breakfast. My wife is coeliac (gluten free) and there was a good choice, clearly labelled, of food, including bread, for her to enjoy. All in all, one of the best hotels we have stayed in and excellent value for money.
