Hotel was very conveniently located. The two issues that were really problematic were extremely slow elevators and missed housekeeping. Breakfast was very good. In traditional English style the bath and shower are poorly implemented/designed. Taken together I would not feel excited about booking again except at a great rate.

Good location for access to public transportation and restaurants. The area was generally good though at night areas past the Marble Arch seemed questionable. All signs were in English and Arabic. Staff experience varied from good to bad. Breakfast was busy, but with a variety of offerings. The shower was the dumbest design I’ve ever seen in 50 years of travel. The hotel is very large, rooms were clean and with good room amenities for device charging and coffee.

Location: Great access to Hyde Park and Oxford Street at the Marble Arch tube station. Bond Street station and access to several other tube lines a 10 minute walk away. But, the area immediately around the hotel is a bit seedy.
Service was good, but inconsistent. And it was a noisy hotel. Thin walls.

Location brilliant, breakfast fabulous, In general hotel tired in places, Did not like the loud piped music in all the public spaces.

I really couldnt fault it for the price we paid. All staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and a great size for central London and the location was just ideal for everything we had planned. The breakfast was also great quality. Everything was easy, nothing was too much trouble and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. When I think what we have paid in the past for the grottiest central London hotels this is amazing value.
