Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good

We arrived in London at approximately 11am and went straight to the hotel to see if we were able to leave our bags there to go sightseeing. The receptionist actually checked to see if our room was ready and it was so we were able to check in early which was an added bonus.

Very busy hotel crawling with tourists. Not the most pleasant.

Our room smelt of cleaning products when we arrived and was quite noisy all night with running water noises. Great offer from Travelzoo though.
