Hotel details
Esperides Resort Crete bills itself as the "authentic experience" because it is designed to feel like a traditional mountain village. It spills across several tiers on a hill overlooking Koutouloufari town. It has far-reaching views over the countryside and the sea. There are shady olive trees and lush swathes of bougainvillea at every turn. The town centre is around five minutes' walk away.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. You can dine on the pretty hilltop terrace and take in the amazing sunsets every evening. You'll enjoy two heated pools, both surrounded by loungers and bars serving food and drinks. Bring a book and spend the day dipping into the water and drifting off under the sun. A shuttle can whisk you to Stalis Beach.
