Hotel details
The 4-star Hotel Grazia alla Scannella sits on a sea cliff along the west coast. Listen to waves crashing on the rocks below, and cicada song filling the garden. The fragrant grounds are planted with lavender, rosemary, thyme, myrtle, and more.
Lounge around the outdoor pool overlooking the vast expanse of the Mediterranean Sea. The wellness circuit has thermal pools and sensory showers. You'll get a 15€ voucher to use at the serene spa (minimum 60€ spend applies).
Daily buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant are included. You can dine al fresco, and the kitchen takes pride in using ingredients, some of which are grown in the hotel's own garden.
Wi-Fi is free throughout. The regular shuttle can get you to nearby beaches at Forio old town. The harbour has ferry services to Sorrento, Positano, and Capri.

One of the highlights of your trip will be an Italian cooking class. Learn to make Coniglio all' Ischitana (a rich stew with braised rabbit), the island's signature dish. While getting ready for lunch, you'll also enjoy bruschetta, other snacks, and aperitivo. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated upon advance request.
