Hotel details
Axis Porto Club Hotel is a centrally-located property, next to Porto's City Hall. The picturesque Ribeira neighbourhood, by the banks of the river, is less than 20 minutes' walk away. The nearest metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, so it's easy to explore further afield, too. Rooms are stylish, with modern touches like bedside phone chargers and smart TVs. Breakfast is included each morning to set you up for a day of sightseeing. After a busy day, unwind with a nightcap at the cosy lounge.

The Forrester Essence Douro Hotel is nestled between the village of Alijó and the Douro Demarcated Region. This is the world's oldest legally regulated wine appellation, and has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel is set in a historic manor house dating back to 1944. You'll get daily breakfast and dinner included at the hotel restaurant, where the menu is inspired by traditional Portuguese cuisine. Charming Rooms look out over the peaceful gardens from a French balcony.
