Hotel La Mer is a 4-star property around 100 metres from Rafailovici, the eastern section of the 2-kilometre long Bečići Beach.
A highlight is the hotel's rooftop swimming pool, which has views across the sea to the island of Sveti Nikola. The sand-and-pebble beach outside has crystal-clear water and a good selection of bars and restaurants.
It's around 10 minutes' drive outside the walled city of Budva—you can also walk to the city centre on a coastal walk that passes two beaches. The small islet of Sveti Nikola is worth a daytrip for its hidden coves, forests, and wild deer. You can reach it in around 15 minutes by boat taxi.
