Hotel details
The 5-star Nirema Hotel & Spa Samos M Gallery Collection is set to open in September. The adults-only (age 13+) property takes its name from the word 'dream' in the old Samian dialect. It sits directly on the water at the edge of Samos Town. 

The infinity pool has panoramic views out to the bay, the town, and the sloping mountains. Unwind here with a cocktail, or book a treatment in the plush spa. There are three treatment rooms, a hammam, a sauna, and a hot tub. 

Breakfast is included each morning at the Apagia restaurant. For quick bites during the day, you can stop at the Lalli food truck. In the evening, Apora offers traditional Aegean cuisine—think fresh mezze, local seafood, and herb-driven dishes. When the sun starts to dip, a trolley comes to your table offering the hotel's famous Samos Sunset Spritz, made with with muscat, citrus, and thyme. You can also book a Pythagoras-themed wine tasting in the hotel's own cellar.

Superior Sea View Rooms are designed in soft, earthy tones, and come with a private balcony looking out to the Aegean. There's also a king-size bed, a walk-in shower, a TV, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Wi-Fi is free.
