Itinerary highlights
- Delhi... start your trip with a day to unwind and explore the city. The following morning, head out on a guided tour of New and Old Delhi. You will visit the Chandni Chowk bazaar, the India Gate, and the Jama Masjid Mosque, one of the oldest and largest in India. Your drive through Delhi will also take you past the Red Fort and the Presidential Palace.
- Agra... after two nights in Delhi, head to Agra. Here you will get a chance to take in the iconic Taj Mahal, before heading to Agra Fort – once the power base for Mughal emperors.
- Jaipur... stop along your journey from Agra at Fatehpur Sikri. This ancient city is very well-preserved and is of the best examples of Mughal architecture still standing today. Upon your arrival in Jaipur, you will be given time to explore the 'Pink City', before embarking on a guided tour the next day. Stop at the Amber Fort, the Marble Palace and Hawa Mahal. Your tour will end at Jantar Manter, an 18th century observatory.
After your final night in Jaipur, you will journey back to Delhi for your return flight.
