Your holiday starts in Phuket at the 4-star Sunwing Bangtao Beach, which gets its namesake from and is located on one of the best beaches in Thailand. Bangtao Beach is known for its silky white sands and clear waters that are perfect for snorkelling. 

At the resort, you'll find four swimming pools for adults, one of which has a swim-up bar. There's also an outdoor Jacuzzi you can relax in. A breakfast buffet is served daily at Piak's Kitchen, where you can also make reservations for lunch and dinner. Alternatively, dine beachside at Ella Restaurant (supplements apply). There's also a lounge bar. 

After a week exploring Phuket, you'll transfer to Khao Lak for another week spent beachside. The 4-star X10 Khaolak Resort sits on Nang Thong Beach, a golden stretch of sand lined with coconut palms. The resort is under five minutes' drive from the bustling Bang Niang Market, where you can shop for souvenirs and authentic Thai street food. 

Take a dip in one of the three swimming pools, including one that's adults-only. Breakfast is served in the Main Buffet restaurant, or you can order à la carte dishes from the Seaside Seafood Kitchen (supplements apply). Drinks and snacks are served at the three bars—there's a swim-up pool bar, plus beach and lobby bars (additional fees apply).
