Hotel details
The 5-star Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, is in the glitzy Dubai Marina. The hotel is made up of two twin towers, with grand marble lobbies. The Daily Telegraph praises the "enduringly impeccable service".
Facilities include an atmospheric spa, with hammams, saunas, and steam rooms, plus beauty salons. You can also head over to the sister property, Le Royal Meridien, to use the multiple swimming pools or relax on the private beach. The kids club welcomes young guests aged 4-12, with activities ranging from arts and crafts to playing in the indoor jungle gym.
The hotel has sixteen restaurants, bars, and cafés. A couple of recent additions are the two-Michelin starred Row 45, and the Japanese-inspired speakeasy, 7 Tales. Daily breakfast is served buffet-style at Sloane's, and in the evening, there's plenty of choice, from a South American steakhouse to a modern British restaurant, plus Indian and pan-Asian options.
Deluxe Rooms come with a private balcony, a flat screen TV, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In the marble bathroom, there's a separate shower and bath tub. Cots and rollaway beds are available on request.
