Monte Carlo Sharm El Sheikh Resort is a 5-star hotel along its private beach along the Red Sea.
There are six pools—some are heated between December and February—including a lazy river in the landscaped garden. Relax at the spa, which has a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam bath, and treatment rooms.
You can play tennis, darts, work out in the gym, or join volleyball games. The PADI-certified dive centre offers courses, excursions, and snorkelling equipment (fees apply). Daytime and evening entertainment are also provided.
Late risers will appreciate breakfast until 12 noon, and those peckish at night can dine until 5am at a select venue. Buffet meals are served at the Le Café main restaurant. Your package also covers à la carte options at the Egyptian, Chinese, Lebanese, Indian, and grill restaurants (advance reservations required). Four bars serve drinks 24 hours a day between them. Snacks and afternoon tea, plus daily replenished minibar are also included.
You'll stay in room right near the beach, with a furnished private terrace or balcony. Tea- and coffee-making facilities are at hand, and Wi-Fi is free throughout.
