Itinerary

  • Delhi... go on a guided tour of Old and New Delhi. Rattle through the lanes of Chadni Chowk on a traditional rickshaw, and marvel at the red sandstone courtyards of Jama Masjid, one of Asia's largest mosques.
  • Agra... see the unforgettable Taj Mahal, followed by the palatial courtyards and marble pavilions of Agra Fort.
  • Jaipur… take an exciting 4x4 jeep journey to the magnificent Amber Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, visit the Maharaja's City Palace and Jantar Mantar, home to the world's largest outdoor collection of astronomical instruments. You'll also make a photo stop at the beautiful Hawa Mahal, or Palace of Winds.
  • Sigirya... visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, adorned with painted murals and Buddha statues. Then, head to Hiriwadunna for a traditional village experience. This may include activities such as a boat ride, and an opportunity to learn about local lifestyles and rural traditions.
  • Kandy... en route here, you'll visit the Matale spice garden, home to Sri Lanka's famous cinnamon. In the evening, you'll be treated to a traditional show of centuries-old music and dance. The next day, see the Temple of the Tooth—a sacred temple that's said to hold a piece of the Buddha's tooth.
  • Nuwara Eliya... is often referred to as 'Little England' with its British-style architecture, and notably cooler climate. You'll have a night here to explore before hopping on the famous blue train to Ella. The picturesque journey takes you past lush tea plantations and mountain vistas, and over the often-photographed Nine Arch Bridge.
  • Beruwala... after arriving at Ella train station, you'll be picked up and escorted to your beachfront resort in Beruwala. The next three nights are for you to unwind by the ocean.
