Itinerary
Fly into Lima, where you'll be picked up from the airport. After your first night, embark on a city tour. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, the impressive Cathedral of Lima, as well as Casa Aliga and Larco Museum.

You'll then spend the night in Arequipa before a scenic drive to the Colca Valley. Visit the renowned Cruz del Condor, a breathtaking viewpoint looking out over the canyon. This is the perfect place to spot some of the Andean condors that fly around the area. The condor symbolised power and immortality to the Incan civilisations who once occupied Peru, and they are still sacred to many Andean communities. Visit the villages of Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma, and Yanque en route to Puno.

Puno is the gateway to Lake Titicaca, and your journey will take you through Patahuasi, with views of green forests and vibrant waters. Upon arrival, take a motorboat to the floating Uros Islands before heading to Amantani Island, known as the Love Island. Spend the night in a local home, and have lunch and dinner with your hosts. 

The following day, take some free time to explore the Amantani Island before heading to Taquile Island. Enjoy a lunch before returning to Puno by motorboat.

Head next to Cusco. After a night in the hotel, ride the train up to Aguas Calientes, and visit Machu Picchu. This incredible citadel is considered one of the most significant archaeological sites in the world.

Finally, you'll have some free time to explore the city of Cusco. Views of the Andean mountains abound all over the city. Wander the cobbled colonial streets, and head out after dark to sample some pisco sours. You'll then fly back to Lima for one final night before your flight home.
