About the Show
Hugely successful actress Geri Essendine has been 39 for the best part of a decade. Her personality, wit, and charm have gained her a legion of devoted fans, friends, acquaintances, and hangers-on. About to leave for a tour of Australia, Geri finds herself besieged by a bevy of would-be lovers. She's also hounded by her long-suffering secretary, estranged husband, and an obsessed young playwright. Follow the actress as she tries to disentangle herself from their tightening clutches and incessant demands.

The new production has been reimagined by TV and theatre actress Tracy-Ann Oberman, switching 1930's London for 1970's New York. Originally featuring Garry Essendine as the main character, this version marks the first time that the role has been played by a woman. Oberman herself leads the role of Geri, with James Dreyfus ("Gimme, Gimme, Gimme") and Adrian Lukis ("The Bill") also joining.
