About the attraction
Warwick Castle was built in 1068 by William the Conqueror, and features remains of a Norman motte, 14th-century sandstone walls, and wooded grounds. The castle is packed with attractions and activities for all ages, such as The Falconer's Quest bird of prey show, archery, lessons at the Knight's School, the Horrible Histories Maze, and an interactive children's trail based on the Julia Donaldson character Zog.

The lodges are in the Knight's Village in a woodland just five minutes' walk from the castle, and look out over green fields parallel to the River Avon. Each lodge has a double bed, a separate sleeping area for children, a wet room and shower (with towels included), a television, and free Wi-Fi. Accommodation includes a cooked or continental breakfast served in the Medieval Banqueting Hall. For an additional cost, you can eat a medieval-style dinner in the Medieval Banqueting Hall. 

The glamping tents feature a number of home comforts — each tent includes a large canopy bed and two singles, wooden flooring, lighting, storage chests, and power sockets. There are shower and toilet blocks on the grounds, and a visitor centre that handily stocks essential items.
