About the show
"Million Dollar Quartet" brings to life one of the most legendary moments in rock 'n' roll history. Carl Perkins was recording when Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, and a young Jerry Lee Lewis found themselves together in the studio. The session was captured on tape, creating a recording of four future legends of rock 'n' roll.
Darren Day ("Hollyoaks", "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", and "Chicago") stars as Sam Phillips. The musical features iconic music from the era, including "Hound Dog", "Great Balls of Fire", "Matchbox", "Folsom Prison Blues", and many more. The original Broadway production received three Tony Award nominations in 2010, winning Best Musical.
