Once again we were thoroughly spoilt by professional, friendly staff and delicious, perfectly cooked food. We are three retired gentlemen that enjoy catching up, having a steak and a Guinness or three. S and W never fail to give us a memorable experience.

Really enjoyed our visit to Smith & Wollensky while on an anniversary trip to London Food and drink were excellent as was the service - with special mentions for our server Carlos and Bar manager Tremell. There was no discrimination being a Travelzoo customer , and we were treated superbly throughout during our meal - so much so , that we decided to spend longer at the bar post meal to enjoy the evening further . Another appreciated touch on the evening was the glass of bubbles and anniversary desert that the restaurant provided to celebrate our anniversary . A lovely touch . We will definitely return to Smith & Wollensky on our next visit to London

Good steak, pleasant atmosphere. Shame that the staff gave contradictory information about being able to swap the cocktail for wine when asked on the phone (said yes) then in person once we were there (said yes). Disappointing service from that point of view. It’s a pretty expensive place but stylish, for sure! Music is quite loud.
