Stop at six ports down the west coast of Africa, then dock in Cape Town. Explore the city and the coastal landscapes of Mossel Bay before journeying onto Durban. Spot ring-tailed lemurs in Madagascar, then continue on to French Comoros, the Tanzanian island of Zanzibar, and Kenya. Finish off your African adventure in the beautiful Seychelles.
Days 40–57... Maldives to India
After three days at sea, you'll reach the paradise islands of the Maldives. Spend the night in port in Malé, before continuing on to bustling Mumbai. Visit Mormuago and Cochin, then head to Colombo, Sri Lanka's capital. Make one final stop in India, on South Andaman Island in the Bay of Bengal.
Days 58–72... Thailand to Singapore
The cruise visits three ports in Thailand, starting with the blissful beaches of Phuket. You'll also visit Koh Samui, and dock overnight in Laem Chabang, the entry point for Bangkok. You'll also call at Langkawi in Malaysia, the Cambodian port of Sihanoukville, and Phu My in Vietnam, as well as an overnight in Singapore.
Days 73–128... Indonesia to Australasia
Visit four Indonesian islands next, including Bali (where you'll have a night in port), and Komodo Island, where you can spot the famous Komodo Dragons. It's then onto Australia, starting in Darwin before curving southwest towards Perth. Continue along the south coast towards Adelaide and Melbourne, then down to New Zealand. Highlights include scenic cruising along the beautiful Fiordland National Park, and an overnight stay in Auckland, before heading back to Australia. See the famous Sydney Opera House, then head to Airlie Beach and Cairns, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef.
Days 129–181... the Philippines to Japan
After a few more stops back in Indonesia and Malaysia, you'll visit four ports in the Philippines, including the capital, Manila. It's then onto Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea before embarking on an epic journey along Japan's coastline. You'll visit seventeen ports in the Land of the Rising Sun, including overnights in Tokyo and Hiroshima.
Days 182–199... Alaska to California
Cross the International Date Line to the glaciers and rugged wilderness of Alaska. Highlights include scenic cruising of the Hubbard Glacier and the Seymour Narrows; Icy Strait Point; and the capital, Juneau. Finish in Canada, with stops in Vancouver and Victoria, before sailing down the west coast of the USA. You'll have an overnight stop in San Francisco, then continue on to Los Angeles and San Diego.
Days 200–216... Mexico to the Bahamas
Stay overnight in Cabo San Lucas, giving you time to enjoy this resort city's beachside nightlife. It's then onto Acapulco, followed by Guatemala and Costa Rica, and a full transit of the Panama Canal. After marvelling at this feat of engineering, you'll stop in Colombia, the Cayman Islands, Miami, and the Bahamas.
Days 217–238... New England to Iceland
Say goodbye to the Caribbean as you head north, to the east coast of the USA. Explore the Big Apple at leisure with an overnight in port in New York City, then head further up the coast to Boston. A couple of Canadian ports follow, in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, before crossing the Atlantic via Greenland, and Iceland. Visit five ports here, including an overnight in Reykjavík, and the hip northern town of Akureyri.
Days 239–249... back to the British Isles
The landscapes will become more familiar as you sail back to the British Isles, starting in Ireland. Stop in Galway, Waterford, Dublin, and Belfast before crossing over to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Finally, you'll sail back down the UK to Southampton.
Ship details
Regatta accommodates just 694 passengers, so it never feels too crowded. During the day, you can relax by the swimming pool or in the plush spa. In the evenings, you can catch a Broadway-style show or sing along in the piano bar.
There are five dining options on board, all of which are included. Speciality options include an Italian restaurant, and a steak and seafood venue. There's also a poolside grill, a cafe, and the main dining room. This offers plenty of variety each day, including a 'taste of the world' special at lunch times.
