Itinerary

• Buenos Aires, Argentina... spend two nights at a 4-star hotel. Make sure to catch a tango show and try out the steak before boarding Holland America Oosterdam for your 2-week cruise. 
• Montevideo, Uruguay... wander through the Old Town, lined with Art Deco buildings and colonial homes. Or, grab a bite to eat at the Mercado del Puerto, set in a grand 19th-century market hall. 
• Port Stanley, Falkland Islands... one of the world's most remote settlements. Don't leave without saying hello to the Magellanic penguins, which gather at nearby Gypsy Cove.
• Ushuaia, Argentina... often called the "end of the world", Ushuaia is so remote that you need to spin the globe upside down to see it properly. This is the world's southernmost city. 
• Punta Arenas, Chile... cruise through the Strait of Magellan to this small yet vibrant city. Learn about the area's rich history in the opulent Museo Regional de Magallanes.
• Pio XI Glacier, Chile... at almost 66km in length, this is the longest glacier in the southern hemisphere outside of Antarctica.
• Puerto Montt, Chile... sits at the southern end of Chile's Lake District. Admire the snow-capped Osorno Volcano and the sparkling waters of Lake Llanquihue. 
• Santiago, Chile... disembark here for a 2-night stay at a 4-star hotel. Spend your days exploring the beautiful capital, framed by the Andean mountains and boasting a charming historic centre.

Holland America Line's Oosterdam is a mid-size ship carrying less than 2000 passengers at full capacity. It is most famous for its dedication to live music—its signature Music Walk invites guests to hop between various live music bars, including a recreation of B.B. King's Blues Club in Memphis. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included every day, and there are Broadway-style shows and live music every evening, so you'll be entertained from dawn to dusk.
