Itinerary
Arrive in Tokyo and make your way to Tamayura Hotel Asakusa. The hotel is in Asakusa, Tokyo's traditional district, and is five minutes' walk from Senso-ji, the city's oldest Buddhist temple. Continue along the road to reach Nakamise, an ancient shopping street lined with street food vendors and stalls selling souvenirs.
Join Norwegian Jade on day three and call at:
- Shimizu, Japan... admire Mount Fuji as you sail towards the port—there are great views, depending on clear weather. The mountain is around 90 minutes from the port (supplements apply for excursions).
- Osaka, Japan... this is Japan's second-largest city after Tokyo. You can visit nearby Kyoto independently—the Imperial capital is just a 30-minute train ride from central Osaka.
- Hiroshima, Japan... explore the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum (chargeable), and wander the grounds around the reconstructed Carp Castle.
- Miyako-jima, Japan... you'll find some of Japan's best beaches here, plus crystal-clear waters and coral reefs teeming with life. Go snorkelling (supplements apply) to discover an underwater world.
- Keelung, Taiwan... this bustling port city is just a 20-minute drive from Taipei, the capital city. Explore Taipei on an excursion (fees apply), or discover Keelung's sights.
Disembark the ship in Hong Kong, where you'll stay overnight at Dorsett Mongkok Hong Kong. This hotel is in the Mongkok district, one of Hong Kong's liveliest areas. Wander along neon-lit streets, sample authentic Kowloon delicacies at the many open-air street food stalls, or browse the markets.

Norwegian Jade has 14 restaurants as well as 14 bars. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available at the Garden Café buffet.
There is a swimming pool, golf driving nets, a jogging track, and a fitness centre. Other facilities include a casino, a theatre, a library, and an art gallery.
