Itinerary
First, you'll spend two nights in Memphis. The hotel is five minutes by taxi to the legendary Beale Street. You'll have two nights to find the next big thing in the atmospheric bars and clubs. You'll also visit Elvis's Graceland to delve into the King's incredible life.

Take the Amtrak to New Orleans, where you'll spend the night before boarding. In the morning, board Norwegian Breakaway and call at:

  • Cozumel, Mexico... famous for its "quiet cool", "genuine authenticity" and "spirited Caribbean energy" (Lonely Planet).
  • Roatán Island, Honduras... has the world's second-largest coral reefs, making for great diving and snorkelling.
  • Harvest Caye, Belize... this mile-wide private island is exclusive to cruisers and has beautiful beaches.

Ship details
Cruise Critic says Norwegian Breakaway feels like a "Las Vegas resort [blended] with a water park" and praises its "truly exceptional dining". It carries over 4000 passengers at full capacity. It is the only ship in the Norwegian Cruise Line fleet to boast a quarter-mile oceanfront promenade, which is lined with restaurants and bars. Speciality dining options include Ocean Blue for seafood and La Cuchina Italian restaurant (supplements apply).

Other facilities include the Mandara Spa (which has a fitness centre and a salt room), a rock-climbing wall, a theatre, an aqua park, and 10 bars.

Other options

  • Add a More At Sea package from £249 per person, covering premium beverages, select speciality dining experiences, US$50 excursion credit in each port, and W-Fi
  • Add a 2-night stay in Nashville, including accommodation at Hutton Hotel and a Greyhound bus to Memphis, from £279 per person

Transfers & baggage
We recommend taking local taxis throughout—these would cost approximately £85 for the trip.** Checked baggage is included.
