Why We Love This Deal

This Member Days offer ends at 11:59pm on Monday, 9 November.

We've negotiated a 7-night sailing around the Med next spring for £349 per person—just for Travelzoo Club Members. Cruise to Sicily, southern France, and Mallorca, and pay £220–£350 less than anyone else.

Flights are not included, but we found direct flights, with checked bag, to Rome and from Barcleona, from £183. That means you could put the trip together yourself from about £532 per person.**

What’s included

  • A 7-night cruise on Norwegian Epic, in an Inside Stateroom
  • Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the ship

When
Sail from Civitavecchia on 9 May, 2027.

For more information, see our partner's website. This is a call-to-book offer.

Itinerary
The cruise departs from Rome's seaport in Civitavecchia (flights and transfers are not included), calling at:

  • Salerno, Italy… stroll along the seaside promenade, described as "one of the cheeriest and most attractive" in Italy (Lonely Planet). Or, take a high-speed ferry to beautiful Amalfi—the crossing takes just 35 minutes each way.
  • Catania, Sicily… is a vibrant port set between the Ionian Sea and the towering Mount Etna. Visit the 13th-century Ursino Castle, or stop by a local trattoria to try arancini (fried rice balls) and Pasta alla Norma (sautéed aubergine, tomato sauce, and salted ricotta).
  • Livorno, Italy… this coastal city is pretty in itself, with elegant Belle Époque buildings and Medici-era canals. Alternatively, use it as a jumping-off point to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a 20-minute train ride away.
  • Marseille, France… features a fascinating blend of French and North African influences. Wander the artsy old quarter of Le Panier, or explore Provence's rolling countryside (shore excursions at a supplement).
  • Palma de Mallorca, Spain… explore the honey-coloured old town surrounding the Gothic cathedral of La Seu. Or, hop between tapas bars to nibble on local cheeses, olives, and chorizo over a glass of wine.
  • Barcelona, Spain… time to disembark the ship.

About the ship
Cruise Critic gives Norwegian Epic top marks for entertainment, describing it as "jam-packed with 24/7 entertainment". Guests can pick from several theatres and live venues, including a recreation of the Cavern Club—the early Liverpool haunt of The Beatles. Other facilities include multiple dining options, an open-air aqua park, and a full-service spa.

The ship underwent refurbishment in 2025, refreshing the top decks to offer more relaxation space. Extra cabins were added, along with an expanded Vibe Beach Club (supplements apply)—an adults-only lounging area equipped with a hot tub and private cabanas.

Other options
Upgrade to all-inclusive board from £249 per person. It covers premium beverages, speciality dining, Wi-Fi, and US$50 per stateroom credit toward every shore excursion.
