Itinerary
First, stay a night in Las Palmas, so you can transfer to the port first thing the next morning. The 10-night itinerary includes:

  • Las Palmas de Gran Canaria... this port is known for its year-round warmth. Relax and enjoy the sun on Playa de las Canteras or stroll through the narrow cobbled streets of Vegueta, the old town.
  • Santa Cruz, La Palma... meander along the picturesque promenade or relax in the bustling Plaza España.
  • Funchal, Madeira (overnight onboard)... the capital of Madeira is known for its picturesque town centre, colourful gardens, delightful shops, and al fresco cafés.
  • Porto Santo Island... a golden island in the Atlantic Ocean, famous for its sandy beach, turquoise sea, and historical heritage.
  • Santa Cruz, Tenerife (overnight onboard)... this island, rich in biodiversity and natural beauty, is the "striking grande dame" of the Canaries (Lonely Planet). Explore the bustling capital, Santa Cruz.
  • El Hierro... explore its beautiful volcanic landscapes, peaceful villages, and stunning ocean views.
  • San Sebastian, La Gomera... spend the day wandering through the city's winding streets.
  • Arrecife, Lanzarote... has a hotchpotch of charming downtown backstreets leading to an inviting promenade and a sandy beach. Explore further afield on an optional excursion to Timanfaya National Park.

You'll say goodbye to World Navigator in Las Palmas Gran Canaria and fly back to the UK.

Ship details
World Navigator is a 2021-built luxury expedition vessel designed for polar and global cruising, operated by Atlas Ocean Voyages. Inspired by art deco design, think gleaming wood panelling, black and white marble floors, and chrome staircases.

The ship only carries 196 passengers at full capacity, so the crew will know your name and preferences right away.
